Refund & Return Policy
You have 30 days from delivery to return an item for a full refund. Here is how it works.
Conditions
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging (velvet pouch + card).
- Final-sale items and gift sets opened for photography or resale cannot be returned.
- Items broken or scratched by use are not eligible — natural stones are delicate.
How to start a return
- Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason.
- We reply within 24 hours with a return address and instructions.
- You ship the item back at your own cost. Insurance is recommended for items over $50.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong piece, email us within 48 hours with a photo. We cover the return shipping and send a replacement or full refund — your choice.
Exchanges
For a different stone or size, return the original and place a new order. This is faster than a direct exchange.
Late or missing refunds
Refunds usually appear within 7 business days on credit cards and 3 business days on PayPal. If it has been longer, check with your bank first — posting times vary — then email us.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order any time before it ships (usually within 24 hours of placing it). After it ships, use the return process above.
