- Free worldwide shipping on orders over $50 USD.
- Below $50 — flat $8 USD shipping, any destination.
- Express (DHL / FedEx, 3–5 days) — $24 USD flat.

Processing
Most orders ship within 1 business day. Personalised and engraved pieces add 2–3 days.
Tracking
Every order gets a tracking number by email when it ships. Express orders are fully trackable. Standard orders are trackable until customs hand-off in your country.
Customs and duties
Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and vary by country. We declare the item value accurately on every customs form.
Lost or delayed packages
If your package has not arrived within the maximum window above, email [email protected] and we will help trace it and, if lost, send a replacement at no cost.
